It lets us pack serious power into a compact 300mm tube while keeping the current manageable. That means less strain on your wiring and easier integration into your plant’s electrical setup. And yes, it’s hot. 2500W translates into serious heat density—enough to penetrate the coating and hit the target temperature quickly. But here’s the catch: that kind of intensity creates concentrated heat. Plan your cooling and airflow carefully so the surrounding components don’t get pushed past their limits.
What It’s Made Of
The tube uses a halogen cycle to keep the filament stable, even when things get extreme. That matters when you’re running long production cycles—batch after batch, the output stays consistent. The envelope is quartz, and there’s a reason for that. It handles high heat and transmits infrared cleanly, sending the energy straight where it needs to go: into the coating. We paired it with an R7s connector because it’s a solid, industrial-grade fit—mechanically and electrically.
